Start a test match or test series against Bermuda, and be one of the better teams yourself like England, Australia, India etc. Bowl normally until you take a wicket with someone, then save the game, from now on make sure you do not get any run outs or wickets with any of the other bowlers. If you save after every wicket, if you accidental take a wicket with someone else you can reload the saved game from the main menu.

Play with a team such as England or Codemasters in a Test Match against a team such as Bermuda or Netherlands.
To make sure that you get 5 wickets with one bowler pick one that you are going to get the achievement with and start bowling with him. Once the over has finished use a fast bowler and just play bouncers to the batsmen and if any catching oppurtunities arise don't catch them. Keep doing this over and over again until you've got your 5 wickets.

NOTE: You can also do this for the "If You Want Something Done Right" achievemnt which is take 10 wickets in an innings with a single bowler.
