This is easiest to do in a test match and requires you to score 50 runs with one batsman; the quickest way of reaching 50 is to play lofted shots with B button. Use the LS to have a look around first to see where fielders are, or you can use the radar in the bottom right hand corner. Once you have worked out where the fielders are placed then try to avoid hitting to these areas.

Note: You are able to save the game after every shot or over and then if your batsman does get out you can just reload the save and continue.
