I suggest doing this in a test match and you can try to get the other bowling achievements too. Start a test match or test series against Bermuda, and be one of the better teams yourself like England, Australia, India etc.

I found this easier to do with a spinner but whoever you feel comfortable with, keep bowling until you take a wicket and the then save, before the next ball, if you take another wicket then save again, if not the reload your save from the main menu and try again. Can be time consuming and can be a lot easier if you wait until Bermuda's bowlers come in to bat later in the innings.

Any game mode will do any it doesnt have to be in the same over (the last bowl of one over, and the next two of his next over works)

To boost, abuse the save function and reload if you dont take a wicket. Advise doing this for the last three wickets as they're easier to dismiss so you shouldn;t have to reload as much.

When you take a hat-trick this means that at least one player has been out first bowl, so doing it in the first innings of a test match helps to get the King Pair achievement as well.
