When you get to the fight you have to keep fighting him until he repairs himself, then the door will open so fly through it (cutscene will appear) after the cutscene you will have to charge 3 things that and miss his attacks at the same time, so push B and tap B fast so you can finish it off and than evade his attacks until he stops than go for the next one and do the same thing for the last.
After you charged all three go to the other side of the glass and push B on the computer and keep tapping B again (another cutscene) after the cutscene a loading screen will appear and so will the achievement.
