This on is really easy, just be focused. While you are taking out the air defenses, you should get three warnings that a Prometheus missile is about the launch. Boost over to the yellow dot that appears on the radar and quickly target the nearby fuel truck if it is there. Hit it with a repulsor before the truck gets too far away from the missile silo and the achievement is yours.
Only one of the silos has a truck near it, so don't worry if you can't find it on the first try. Unless it's the third try. Then you have to start over.

Just to the right and in front of where you start is the first silo. Fly directly there after the mission starts and target the truck to the right of the missile instead of the missile itself. Blow up the truck and the missiles explodes as well, giving you the acheievement.
