Story related and cannot be missed.
Head out to the marker in the desert. You can take any vehicle to get there; you will be switching vehicles when you start the mission. Once you are there, jump in the other car and head into the cave. Use your mini-map to locate and destroy each of the five Metal-Pedes. If you are having trouble, remember you can use to look and shoot behind you. After you have destroyed all five Metal-Pedes, head out of the cave. When you reach the exit, there will be a cutscene, and then you will receive this trophy.
