Head back to the temple where you learned your first White Eco Power. Head back up the tower; you will learn how to slow time along the way. When you get through, you will reach a hover craft of sorts. Use the hovercraft to go through the Subrails. Try not to collide with anything, you can destroy most obstacles by shooting them (). Avoid the holes, if you hit them you will explode. Make it to the other side of the Subrails for this trophy.
