As soon as you take this mission, you will be transported inside the Blast Bot. Walk the Blast Bot towards the marker on your map, destroying the enemies you come across with the normal shoot button (
). When you get to the final marker, there will be a cutscene in which the Barrier is destroyed. Afterwards, you will get this trophy.
