Come first in the Desert Race. This will be the first race that you have to do, the first time you leave the city. You will be using the Tough Puppy vehicle, the first car you get at the start. There are red boosts along the track that you can pick up, then use for an extra boost (). You can jump by pressing , you will need this to collect many of the boosts. You can hold up to three boosts at a time, so don’t feel like you have to use them. I suggest using boosts by the sand pits near the end of the lap, if you boost you can clear them in a single jump each. As long as the AI doesn’t screw you up by flipping your car or simply stopping in the lane in front of you, this race shouldn’t be too difficult.
