Use the Dune Hopper to get to this location. You will need it and its high jump (Hold ) to get to this area. Once there, get off the Hopper and head up the platforms, jumping and spinning up to the top of the tower. At the top, you will find a hang glider, which you will then use. Glide through each of the rings to give yourself a speed boost. If one of the rings is unopened, shoot it () to open it before gliding through. Make sure to hit the purple clouds, as they raise you up as well. Glide through all of the rings, and when you land in the cave, you will get this trophy.
