The point is this: in the nasty location "Boggie Swamp" there are a couple of places that can be reached either only with the help of jumping platforms, or through strong pain. There are several (4) cables holding the airship above you. Flying is prohibited - so kick those cables and make your own little Hindenburg.

The easiest way is to shoot the stones holding the cables with yellow eco.
