How to unlock the So creative achievement in Jet Set Radio - Definitive Guide

when at your hangout rotate left from the stage selection and choose to create a tag just as a note it can be simple and the save opition is after you click paint in the bottom right. Once you save it will put you back at the hide out you'll need to do it twice more for the other sizes
