This will most assuredly happen throughout the course of the game on it's own. But if you would like to farm it anyway, simply choose "Quick Game" > "Strokeplay" from the main menu (do not select "Practice" as this mode does not have the quick restart option). Select any course that you like (it really doesn't matter), and make sure to change the wind option to "Strong Wind". Then just whack away on the first tee, and if you don't get it, press and choose "Restart". This will take you right back to the tee for another try without having to quit the game and set it back up all over again. The ball need not go straight or even land on the fairway, it just has to travel 320 yards in any direction.
