Once you've beaten all 4 Mijas Gardens challenges in "Career Mode" the course will then become available for tournament play (also found under "Career Mode"). This is a 36-hole event, and like the description says, you must finish this tournament in 1st place for the trophy to unlock. If you happen to tie for 1st place after the 36 holes the trophy will still unlock as long as you successfully win the playoff.
