If you really feel the need, go to settings and bump up tackle breaking/decrease handling errors and knock ons. Play on very easy and just bash your way through enough players to get it.
The 4 tries come naturally, I managed it easily in 5 min games. It doesn't need to be a specific player, as with Team Lomu, it can be across the team.

You must break through a fullback’s tackle when playing as Jonah Lomu to unlock this trophy. The trophy will unlock soon after you break out of the tackle.
This trophy is easiest achieved playing on very easy against a low-rated team. Jonah Lomu features in the Lomu All Stars team. He always plays on the left wing (number 11) and fullbacks are typically the number 15 at the centre and furthest back. This trophy is easiest if you press
