After unlocking the Proton Tether upgrade, teleport to the Towering Crystals Teleporter then use the Proton Tether to climb up to the top of the indicated cliffs. Once you're up there, a new mission will trigger that has you locating, scanning and tagging a fuel pod for collection by the Cartographers. The trophy will pop after you press
on the indicated fuel pod.
