Defeat Cragclaw, the first real boss, while in co-op mode. After getting the grappling hook follow the marker for the "Kill it with Fire" mission, climb up the plateau and then keep going toward the tower over the the lava to the boss. Shoot the small bulbs that sprout from it's head while avoiding it's high and low wave attacks. And moving from platform to platform when hot slime is shot onto the one you are on. After destroying the 3/3/5 bulbs the boss is defeated and achievement is unlocked.
If you've passed this point in the game it's not too far from the beginning of the game especially if you know what you're doing. On a new profile my partner and I were able to reach and defeat the boss within 40 minutes. I do recommend picking up as much goo upgrades that you can quickly snag before attempting the boss.

Knocked out the 4 co-op achievements earlier today. I remember all 4 popping without issue and confirming I got them at the time. Tonight I was playing the game again, and when I looked at the list after popping a few more achievements I saw this one was still locked. It took credit away from me. But it still says I unlocked it in my recent achievements list. TA doesn't recognize I unlocked it. If I go to the co-op partner I unlocked it with and compare games, it says I unlocked it.
I have heard of sync issues before so hopefully I log on tomorrow and this is fixed.

I just came here to post the EXACT same thing. Doesn’t show unlocked here or under my game but I remember it unlocking and can see it unlocked when comparing with partner.
