Every few levels, you will come across Stand-off events, you could say. You will sit at a turret and hold of waves of raptors until their numbers are depleted.

There are several stationary weapon sequences in the game and many of these require that you kill all the dinosaurs present before the sequence terminates. The end result is that you will get this trophy before finish your normal play-through.
