This is a story related achievement and you'll get it after you beat the boss, two Utaraptors, of the 4th level. If for some weird reason it doesn't pop there are 4 more that you fight in the 12th level.

This is story related and cannot be missed, provided you finish the story. The Utahraptor is the first “boss” you encounter. They are bigger than the standard raptors and only slightly stronger. Just keep your distance and use adrenaline burst when possible.
