Resource Items include Cash Crates, Weapon Upgrade Crates, Vehicle Upgrade Crates, and Armor (Health) Upgrade Crates.
These items may be found all over the game world, but are largely found within the towns and bases. When you are close to an item, the "signal strength" icon in the top left corner will begin to fill with more bars. Once you've gotten close enough you'll hear a tone, and a specific location icon will appear.
Grab any combination of the four resource items until you have 100 for this achievement. You'll receive periodic notices indicating how many items you've gathered as a guide.
