These achievements will unlock after finishing Story Mission 7 depending on which difficulty you chose. The achievements stack, playing the game on Hardcore difficulty will unlock all of them.

What you really wanna do on Experienced Difficulty is collect as many upgrades as possible. If at all possible try and find all the Armor pieces you can get through the game. I found a lot of them under road bridges on freeways. Armor is really key in this game, it solves all your problems more often than not. Another thing you wanna do is get 100% on some of the little towns. Once you get enough armor hit up some large bases and check how the progress of your Armor collection is going.
