How to unlock the Road Rage achievement in Just Cause 2 - Definitive Guide

This is actually surprisingly easy to get. Just go out into the ocean and hijack a boat, then turn it around and run the soldiers over. I never seemed to get any real heat level, and I got the achievement in 15 or so minutes.

thanks, worked a treat. when possible I'd recommend just using the gunners though so you can pull them straight into water and don't have to take time hijacking. quite often when I pulled gunners the driver of the boat would run off. did it on smaller river rather than out at sea and was plenty boats.

Brilliant thanks, did this just off the coast and worked a treat. Also got me a fair way towards the Hijacking achievement as well.

The easiest way to do this is to run-down the troops that patrol the outskirts of cities or towns. Then one by one run them down and get away before you get a heat level.
However be warned, soldiers are surprisingly strong against being mowed down so you will need to build some serious speed each time.

This solution can be used at any time in the game, has no prerequisites, and can be completed in about 5-10 minutes.

Head over to Paya Luas Military Airport in the northeast of the map - coordinates are X: 28412 Y: 5704

Lined up next to the runway that runs west-east (horizontal) there are three hangars. The middle hangar contains a Si-47 Leopard military jet, and just outside there is a URGA-9380 heavy duty truck. Get in the truck.

There should at this point already be two guards near the truck shooting at you. Head down the runway a bit but not too far - if heading west don't go past the helipad area, and if heading east you don't have to go beyond where the runways intercept.

Turn around and head back towards the middle hangar where you got the truck. There should be a few more guards now, all running towards you. Go ahead and run them down (shouldn't be too hard, they're usually in a straight line for me) as you pass right by the hangar.

Once again, don't go too far. Make a quick U-turn and head right back at the hangar. Yet again, there should be even more soldiers running towards you in a group just begging to be run over. Continue going back and forth like this and you should have this cheevo in no time. My average grouping was 4-5 guards and I usually killed 3-4 per pass, easily accumulating 30 kills in under five minutes.

Alternative method:
If for some reason you cannot get the guards to keep spawning, follow this guide right up to stealing the same truck. This time instead head west down the runway to the helipad area.

As long as you have no already killed him, there will be a colonel near this helipad right out in the open, along with four elite guards. Go by him slowly at first to get his attention, then make a U-turn shortly down the runway. Upon heading back towards his position, they should all be running at you. Try to hit them at an angle so that you kill some of the guards, but not the colonel.

As long as you do not kill the colonel, you can drive all the way east down the runway, turn around, head back, and his guards will be completely respawned. Using this method you can even hit a few guards on the way back. Keep the colonel alive and kill a few of his guards each time and you should still have this cheevo in under ten minutes.

You should note that there is a prerequisite that you can’t have already gotten 100% in the base otherwise no enemies spawn.

i found a really easy way 2 get this, just spawn a fully upgraded rowlinson heli in an army base and hover low 2 the ground hitting the enemy troops rinse and repeat. took me 10-15 minutes

Another way of saying this is Road Kill, where you need to simply run over any enemy with your car, the problem is that from time to time the enemies will be in the car so you need to stay still long enough for them to get out and shoot you, what I did was to find a GV-104 Razorback, a type of tank, found in Military Bases by the game.

Mowing down an enemy simply means running them over. I would stick to the normal land vehicle to attempt this trophy i.e. a car/motorcycle/tank etc., although it does work if you are driving a boat. First you may need to get some heat in order for the enemies to come after you so just blow something up or start shooting at some enemies.

When you are being shot at hop into a vehicle and go crazy. If there is an enemy in front of you head straight for him at full pelt and run him over. If you were successful in killing him you should see ‘Road Kill’ come up at the top of your screen. Just do this 30 times in total and the trophy is yours. I recommend you use a big vehicle for this, maybe a jeep, tank (if you can find one) or a fire engine.

NOTE: This trophy isn't glitched but the kills are. Sometimes when I killed an enemy by running him over it didn’t register so keep at it and you will get it eventually.

Mow down 30 enemies while driving a vehicle. Tanks seem to be the best vehicle, but you'll probably get some kills with any vehicle while progressing through the game.

Made at the airport from a Wrecking Ball prompt. The soldier crushed him with a tractor. It presses with a guarantee and has more armor than conventional vehicles. Plus there's a second tractor around the corner if the first one starts smoking.

Pressing on the equipment is not very convenient. Therefore, we set aside 20-30 minutes to purposefully obtain the trophy. If a successful collision occurs, the game will display a counter for you.
