reading this at work to check out easy ways to snag these chievos so I can mostly just do my thing. reading this solution made my day. I am so psyched to attach a garbage truck or something even more ridiculous to a 747 and do this. I dont know how I'll get it out there, but I'll find a way. I just started playing last night, and I can already tell this game is going to kick all sorts of ass. It seems like a hybrid between GTA and prototype except with like 10x the destruction. Winnar. Kudos on the guide. Not only is this a perfect solution, it is an epically AWESOME solution because of the style points (and I don't mean in-game points).

Just as a note, you'll get a lot of stunt points doing the car challenges (especially the 'highway' ones) -- so I'd say if you're trying to save a little time, save this one for after you've done the challenges and pick up what you need. It is freaking awesome, though :)

Tried two different black market cars and both smashed into airplane and blew it up shortly after takeoff. Tuktuk worked.

This sounds like the perfect reason TO go to stunt position, to me. Who doesn't want to surf their car onto a villager from the sky?

Awesome I didn't have the car unlocked in the black market so I had to drive one in but I got both achievements :) +1

It seems that holding down the accelerator makes the stunt points accumulate faster. I swear it was at least twice as fast after I rubberbanded the right trigger.

Also, I figured out what causes problems when trying to tether the two together. If Rico or the car door touches the cable, it'll immediately release. Hit the car first so you can more carefully aim a tether at the bumper or the roof, since it doesn't really matter where you tether it to the plane.

Thanks for not adding that this crashes your game, lost an hour of progress. Negative vote.

Yes because a negative vote is going to even matter when the solution has 101+ and only 1- because your game crashed. If your game crashes, don't take it out on the person who is trying to help you get your achievement. I bet you're going to end up following what he said to get your achievement anyways.

I shouldn't have to check comments to know that, it should be included into the guide. Yes, I did still follow it, but that still doesn't make it alright.

I must have had 20 Stunt Points or so before starting, but I could tell I was nearing the edge of the map. When the Achievement finally popped, I tried Stunt Jumping to car-surf (nope) and grappling the plane (too late), so I fell into the ocean. The game still spawned fishing and tourist ships but, even in a patrol boat, it took more than 10 minutes to get back to shore.

Haha this is very fun to do. Grab a drink and some food while you wait. But very entertaining. One of my fav. games and I dont have much playing time.

Worth adding that stunt driver points are a cumulative count, so you don't have to get the score all in one stunt. Also, if your plane leaves the map, the game will crash so do a stunt jump to release your car before that happens and go round for another go.

oh my god. This was unfreakingbelieveable. I watched the video of how you air dropped a black market car at the international airport and attached it to a 747 taking off and it dragged you down the runway and took him into the sky to rack up 100 stunt points and 75km in no time flat. Well, I had a problem: I didnt have access to the black market car but I wanted to do this. I combed the airport island for a car but none to be found. I could only black market drop a motorcycle, but of course those dont work with this because uh, yeah, you fall off as you mgiht expect getting dragged on your side down the runway.

So, what I did is grab the chopper at the airport and go over to a nearby bridge and landed in the middle of the road to intercept the first car. It was a Tuk Tuk. The little 3 wheeled golf cart thing. Most ridiculous looking thing. I figured it'd do, so I hijacked it and then tied it to my chopper, and carefully set down the tuktuk at the turn at the junction in the runway and carefully landed my chopper so i didnt crush it.

When the guy in the video i saw did it, his car scraped along the whole run way and flipped around but the grapple didnt break, so I didn't know if the tuk tuk could take that- not being a blackmarket car with upgraded armor etc. Anyway, 747 comes around the bend and I tie my tuk tuk to it and hop in. I start getting dragged down the runway on the side, luckily not falling out as I thought might ahppen. Well the little tuk tuk got dragged pretty bad with sparks flying everywhere down the runway, but then we go airborne and I thought I was golden, but then something unexpect and freaking hilarious happened: As the plane pulled up, it swung my tuk tuk so hard from back to forward that it smashed into the bottom of the fusilage of the plane and caused both wings to explode and the fusilage turned to a charred hotdog flying through the sky, but the core of the 747 had so much momentum that it kept hurtling thru the sky another good 5km before it finally lost altitude (yes the grapple stayed even through the explosion). The whole thing went down in the ocean and left me in the middle of nowhere with 3 km of sea in all directions with only a sinking tuk tuk to keep me company. This might be the best game ever.

It was swinging around like crazy and made me laugh out loud. However, the plane couldn't quite handle the weight... it crossed the bay but failed to clear the hills on the other side. After a few seconds of "truck snags trees" the plane crashed. The truck and I both survived.

Then I tried the giant RV... but I only got about 5 stunt points before the sheer mass of it pulled the airplane down into the water.

So I tried a normal car... got to about 95 points and my console froze. That was when I realized that I had been having so much fun I had forgotten to save for about three hours. Oops!

After backtracking a bit I used normal cars for 10-20 points each until the last one spontaneously exploded at 99 points. Then I just did a jump.

This is a fun solution. Thank you.

Found that I racked up the points quite quickly just doing some of the race challenges - especially the easier highway challenges which are basically just speed-fests.

Used your solution on Panau City motorways and it worked! Did start with your other location by driving over the cliff but found it time consuming.

Am I worng in thinking stunt points dont accumulate?

simply getting a few stunt jumps worth 10,11,12,13 points added up wont win you this. So i'm thinking this has to be done in one go ?

I have been playing (not going for this one yet) 8 hours and have easily got 300 stunt points, yet when i check the stats in the select menu it only shows the points form the last one I did !!!!
