Just Dance 3

The option is found by clicking the Extras menu on the main page, then going to Options, and making sure that "Display Pictograms" is turned off. Once that is done, play a song and get all 5 stars.

You should be able to follow the dancer on-screen, but it is important to play a song that is familiar since you will not have warning of upcoming dance moves. Playing a song you like a few times in a row will help cement the dance in your mind, and help you earn the trophy.
