Once you are comfortable with several songs, pick two that you know particularly well and that are not overly fast or difficult.

The best way to earn the trophy is to pick the first two songs you 5 star, and then play one until you get the 5 star rating, then go to the other one. Go back and forth until you get 5 stars on the two songs one after the other. Choosing "Retry" from the pause menu will count as playing a song, which means you will have to start over for earning the trophy.
