I can confirm that you need to score 10,000 points in every song, as well as any language variation of these songs.
From the song select menu, you can toggle song language by holding your hand over the flag icon in the bottom right corner. Any songs that have language variations will have the flag icon near the song title.
Since high scores (or any scores for that matter) aren't displayed from the song selection menu, you will either have to keep tabs on which songs you have scored more than 10,000 points on, or you can go to the Parents menu (options) from the main menu, and select Progress to see you high scores for each song.
Keep in mind that in addition to whatever you score during the song, there are some bonuses that are attributed at the end. The first bonus is based on your combo progress, depending on how well you did during the song.
In addition, you get an extra bonus for either hitting a "Yeah" pose (when the screen flashes gold) or by not missing a single pose (getting no "X"'s in a song). The "Yeah" bonus credits you 800 points, and the "No miss" bonus gives you 1000. But keep in mind, that you can get either one or the other credited at the end (So try to aim for "no miss").
Otherwise, keep practicing, try to keep your combo meter going as long as possible to boost your score, and try to get at least one "Yeah" pose if possible (ensures at least an extra 800 points during the end of song scoring).

To get this trophy you need to get 12,000 points or more in every song.
Note: This also includes any foreign language versions of the songs so if you are playing the EU version, get used to I'm A Gummy Bear in 4 different languages.
To do this you will need to know how the game works. You are concentrating on the right hand only and I found it easier to follow the pictograms rather than the actual dancers themselves. You will get 12,000 or more after 2-3 tries on most songs, others might take a little longer to get the routine down.
