Simply select the Pose & Shake mode at the top of the screen and select any song to play. If your performance gets you over 10,000 points (which is very likely if you select an easy song), you will also get the following achievement:

Set up a Freeze & Shake mode dance (which is a bit like musical statues) and you will get this trophy when the dance finishes.
