This achievement is one of the first achievements you'll get either playing online or in arcade mode as it is very easy. In order to unlock it, you yourself need to escape successfully at the end of the heist. It does not matter in what game mode, or how much money you have, as long as you get in the van at the end of the round.

When you play online, some modes like Fragile Alliance require you to escape at the end. You'll need to carefully navigate your way to the evacuation point after collecting loot, in the case of Fragile Alliance, while killing enemies. When you reach the rope ladder leading to the helicopter approach it and press . This happens on maps like Airport. For a van, approach the back door and press to board it. There is a specific amount of time to finish your tasks until the match ends. When you're near an evacuation point a timer will show the seconds left until the next evacuation vehicle arrives. If you miss one van or helicopter, you can take another until the main timer runs out. The first time you evacuate, succeed and leave with your loot or reach the statistics screen in an Arcade Mode session or Multiplayer Ranked Match, you'll get this achievement.
