Disc 1 has 30 gigs, of which a few require silver (60%) and a few have medium risk. Just play all of them to unlock.
As a last resort, you can go to KR sound setting, turn off all sounds except for the artist singing at max vol. Now turn up your speakers/headset volume so it is high enough pitch and put your mic right at the sound source. You can sing or gain time doing this and make other things, it's up to you to use it.
