You'll get this for completing a 5 song set (not a medley) with each song being from a different genre (genres include ballad, pop, '80s, disco, classic, and more, and are noted under the album cover on the song selection screen).

I've discovered that career mode will give you credit for completing a song if you "Abort gig" from the pause menu. This won't help you with score or ratings achievements, but it'll help with this one. You can't do this in quickplay, because "abort gig" is not available as a menu option.

So, in career mode, find a 5 song set segment that lets you choose from "all songs." Pick one song from each genre, start the set and then as soon as the music starts playing, hit start and "abort gig." You'll get the achievement as soon as the saving... screen shows. If you haven't gotten "Vocal stamina" yet it'll pop at the same time.
