How to unlock the Enormous Katamari achievement in Katamari Forever - Definitive Guide

In order to reach the 2 million Km mark in the game you will need to complete all requests in both the King's and RoboKing's Cosmos in all modes (the 6 Co-Op modes also count). This will make all planets available needed to push you over the required size.

Once all requests have been completed, the only stage this can be accomplish on is the Wake the King stage in the King's Cosmos. This is best done on Eternal Mode.

Play the stage as normal until you are large enough to reach the outer space portion. Instead of speeding around and picking everything up though, you will need to take your time and pick up all of the small items (stars, comets, space ships etc) and then working your way up from the smaller planets to the larger planets. Once you are able to pick up the King and the Black hole in the middle of the area you would be about 10 - 15,000 Km from your target. From this point just speed around picking up stars until you hit your mark.

If you are still shy just go back and replay some stages turning them to star dust until you have enough.

The trophy should pop as soon as you complete the stage and return back to the stage select area.

Hopefully this helps and have fun!

This may take some time, the level you will be doing this on and is only possible on is "Wake up the King!" under the Kings levels. When you first complete this level you can really only max out the Katamari at around 1,750,000km. First you will want to go through all the possible levels on Katamari Drive, Eternal, and Classic mode. For more on those modes please see "Katamari Speedster", "Forever a traveler", and "Back Then".

Second, after going through all those possible levels, and making a few stardust Katamari's here and there, head back to this level and play it on Eternal, so you don't get the time restriction or acidentally roll up the King at the end which ends the level. Now you should have made enough stars and stardust in the cosmos to roll all of them up until you reach that 2,000,000km. If you can't yet do it, go to any level and play it on eternal and make more stardust until you can reach it, but you should have enough by the time you beat all possible modes on all possible levels.

This trophy may take some time. It is possible to assemble a Katamari of the required size only at the level “Wake up the King!” is located in the King levels. When you complete the level for the first time, you will get the Katamari maximum in the region of 1,750,000km. After this, you will need to replay all other levels in Katamari Drive, Eternal and Classic mode. For more information on them, see the “Katamari Speedster”, “Forever a traveler” and “Back Then” trophies.
Then replay the levels again and make your Katamari, stardust. Now go back to the "Wake up the King!" level, load the "Eternal" mode so you don't have a time limit, and start going through it. If you did everything correctly, then you will have enough stars, planets and stardust for your Katamari to reach the 2,000,000km mark. If you still can't achieve this mark, replay a few more levels and make more stardust, but you should not have such a problem since completing all possible modes at all levels gives enough substance to create a large Katamari.

Additionally, you must complete the "VS Battle" and "Co-op" levels (not necessary in all modes).
