How to unlock the Fragmartyr - Kill 2 Helghast whilst taking your own life achievement in Killzone 2 - Definitive Guide

Easy to do this on the "The Cruiser" level, in the first mission. Right at the beginning, you'll go up an elevator. To your left, 6 or 7 guys will come out of the wall at you. Cook a grenade and stand next to them, then boom.

Best to do it on easy so the enemies don't kill you before the grenade can go off.

Just cook a grenade and run towards a group of enemies, no need to throw it. It will explode and you and your enemies will fall dead.
