I got this on the 'Cruiser' level. It is near the start, as soon as you go up the elevator, a pod breaks open and 6 guys come out. Very easy, especially if you do it on the easiest difficulty.

You can reload the checkpoint if you fail, and you are right at the top of the elevator again. Also good place to suicide with a cocked grenade and take out 2 enemies for another trophy.

This one is weird, I have only killed 4 helghast at once according to my statistics. Still I got the trophy. Anyway, easiest place for this would be at the very start of the Cruiser level. As soon as your elevator gets to where it should a wall will explode, out comes 5 helghast soldiers, guns blazing. Cook a grenade and throw it in there.
