An almost guaranteed way to get this is on "Tharsis Refinery".
Use the electric gun from the heavy trooper, and while you are in the pod/bucket that transports you use it on all the Helghast troops firing at you from the catwalks and platforms.
The soldiers barely ever hit you, thanks to the pod, and the range and clip size for the electric gun is great for this trophy.

Not very hard, whenever you see a big group of Helghast just unleash hell on the poor bastards. At the very beginning of the Cruiser level you will be able to take down 5 guys in one swoop pretty easy.
There is also a good spot at the beginning of Blood Meridian - Verudan Alley, where a bunch of Helghast come down a ramp in single file. See Professional for details.
