Achieve weekly online honor rank #1. This means that during one single week you need to be one of the top 10% of all the players during that week. Say that there is 500.000 playing, you need to be ranked at least 50.000 at the end of the week. See Valor Grand Cross for more details.

This rank is awarded to those players who gained 10% of the total experience from all online matches of the past week. For example, if there were 100,000 players playing a game during the week, you would need to be among the first 10,000 players in terms of points.
