Much easier than it initially sounds, since through a technicality you can die frequently and still nab this trophy. Much like the same trophy in the first Kingdom Hearts, when dying you’ll have two options:
-Continue
-Return to title
This means as long as you hit “Return to title” and reload your last save, you’ll still unlock the trophy upon finishing the playthrough.
Try to make a point of saving as often as possible to avoid losing large chunks of progress, obviously before entering a World is a good spot, along with Conqueror’s Respite and ensure you always keep a Moment’s Reprieve card handy so you can save before boss fights.

For this trophy you must clear the game without using a continue when you die; this trophy can be obtained through either the main storyline or Reverse/Rebirth. Obtaining this trophy is much easier on beginner however possible on harder difficulties - you'll just have to be very cafeful, especially when approaching boss fights. Between the two storylines this is much easier to unlock through Reverse/Rebirth as it is much shorter and, with the right tactics, much easier as well.
One tip to keep in mind when going for this trophy is to save your Moment's Reprieve cards for the room before the boss fight so that is you do so happen to die during the boss fight, when you reload your save you can start over at that save point instead of at the beginning of that world.
