Achievable in "Pit of Fire" or "Pandaemonium" levels. Pit of Fire will not unlock until you have beaten the main campaign on normal difficulty, and Pandaemonium will not unlock till you have beaten Pit of Fire.
On these levels you will meet a new enemy "Legion" which looks like a fire demon weilding a flaming sword. If you don't kill these quickly they replicate themselves spawning multiple versions. Simply kill 9 of them before they get achance to replicate. Easy to do with one upgraded meteor strike. You might have to replay the level 2-3 times though to get a total of 9 kills.
