Before starting the first wave. Press in on your elft thumbstick to get a mouse cursor in the form of a hand. Then rapidly click on the fish jumping in the river. Achievement should pop.

This achievement is glitched for me. I’ve unlocked the achievement on the main menu of the game but the “actual” achievement is not unlocked for me.

Sorry to hear that Tank! Only thing i can think of is, there are multiple save files. Have you tried starting a new game on a different save file and trying to unlock the achievement?
