The achievement unlocks when you use the Teeth of Naros Henge to enter Idylla. It is story related and cannot be missed. At the conclusion of the Rites of Passage quest, the second main quest in the Teeth of Naros questline, you must follow Secandra as she leads you to a device called the Henge. Interact with the Henge by pressing
