Just be super nice to Rast Brattigan and you’ll unlock the achievement when talking to her after the Exiles quest. If you’re mean to her you won’t get the achievement.

Just a heads up save before you speak to her after defeating Dead Kel. Mine didn't unlock and wasn't on a delay, but it did unlock when I reloaded and had the final convo again :)

For this achievement, you must always choose the "nice" dialogue options when speaking to Rast during the story. These will always be in the top-right area of the dialogue wheel. After completing the main questline for this DLC, return to Camp Solace to speak with Rast, and if you successfully played nice, the achievement will unlock.
