Very simple, but missable achievement. After you get out of the truck for the first time, you have to cut the chains on the gate to proceed. After you cut them, simply interact with the rock on the counter of the small outpost to the left of the gate.
If you did miss this, just start a new game, and you can do it in about 3 minutes!

Didn't pop for me first time. I didn't wait for the dialogue to finish after I cut the lock.
Popped fine when I reloaded and did it again and waited for it to finish before interacting with the rock.

Turn back and find a rock on the window on the both. Interact with it for the achievement.

At the very beginning of the game, you will need to grab some pliers and cut the chain blocking the bridge to town. Right after doing so, turn left and walk up to the tollbooth. Interact with the rock there and Carl will leave $10 under it. The trophy will unlock right after.
