Kona (US)

There's a few spoilers in here. Be warned.

Follow the road to the car crash. Once you get out double back to the other car. Open the Boot for a first aid kit and use it from your inventory. Then take the path closest to your car (one on the right).
At the building, pick up a couple of logs from the stack by the door and head on inside. Pick everything up from the table. Light the fire to warm up and head outside.
Turn left and light the second fire. Head back to your car once fully warm.
Now, go to any of the tires and hold down 'A' to add the chain. Get in and drive. Drive down the road and eventually you'll come to the General Store.
