There are 8 in total, and look just like the image in the trophy icon. All are found in Shifu’s levels and on the ground. Speak with Armorer once all are collected.

Exact locations in the order of Roadmap playing: (level name; location)

1. Switchback Trail; top and east most part of level on ramp to the right
2. Drawbridge; on right side from entrance by 2 barrels
3. Palace Gate; in front of the lion next to the big red door
4. Cliffside Bridge; at the end of first bridge you cross
5. Hideout; due south of refill station, where concrete meets wood
6. Hidden Cache; after the first curl to the NW ledge, form the exit on ledge, on right side just forward a little
7. Palace Courtyard; north central of the map by the big red door
8. Village; after last boss fight with Gorilla and cut scene, it appears right next to you
