Best done in a free roaming mission since there is no time limit. Just slide around and don't crash into anything. The Hurricane Street Free mission has a nice round area at the beginning that you can just slide around in.

It’s very simple to do in any mode: jump more often, if you don’t really notice when bald people are nearby, go around the signs under which you have to bend (otherwise you can get between your legs), and choose a level without rolling cars.
