When you first enter the world "ROCKY" you gain Mounty. He joins you on your Helevinci and allows you to use the swing ability. When a hook is highlighted you press to grapple on and preform a swing. This is explained in the tutorial as well as how to get a great swing. Start around the same level as the hook or maybe a bit higher, then drop below it and grapple on to perform a Great swing. An on screen message will tell you when you've done it correctly. For this trophy you need to perform 8 of these in a single timed level. First opportunity to get this trophy after gaining the ability would be the level "Swinging Taxi", which is the 3rd level in that world.
