Lara Croft: Relic Run

In the shooting areas, there are little crates with Ammo, Coins and Health. Try to shoot all of them and obviously for this achievement, you need to heal yourself with the health crates. If you are full health and shoot the crate, you don't heal and thus, won't get anything towards your progress.
