While it's unclear which memories count for the achievement, seeing all of the following will guarantee you the achievement. Choice doesn't matter.
1. Memory in the kitchen - Let the dog out or not
2. Rat trap room memory - Lock the door or not
3. Basement memory - Find the music sheet or not
4. Workshop memory - Use the easel or the crayon
5. Bedroom - Activate the gramophone or not
6. Couch (upstairs) - Move the dog or not
7. Child's room - Stay still or not
8. Quarrel vision (this includes multiple sub-memories)
- Toy train
- Ripped picture
- Pink cake
- Brown cake
- Striped cake
- Capsule / broken bottle

This did not work 5 times for me if you have the same problem delete the data and reinstall the game it should unlock once you are in the work shop memory randomly

It been two months since I played this game. I just start it now and this achievement pop even before the game menu! Lollll
