Can be done in any area in freeplay years 1-4. Select muggle Filch, character (grey haired guy carrying a lantern), and just hit your other player, killing them 10 times.
Filch is in row 2 and is the 4th character after Hagrid (not sure where or how you unlock Filch as I did this after 100%

A Muggle is any "ordinary" character with no special abilities. They can only punch or melee basically. Any of the Dursley characters, or the Station Guard, Milkman, etc. (see the COLLECTIBLES GUIDE if you are looking for a particular character), Replay the level "The Forbidden Forest" and destroy some wasps like you did for "Good Dog" and use your Muggle character.
