To make things easier, you'll want to grab the Hogwarts Crest Detector first. Either use the cheat (TTMC6D) or you can find it in the Ravenclaw Dorm (see the above guide). You'll still need to find the red brick eventually in order to get 100%. You can buy the Red Brick extras from the upstairs of Eelops Owl Emporium in Diagon Alley, after you have unlocked them by finding them/getting them delivered by an owl.

Adding to "You can buy the Red Brick extras from the upstairs of Eelops Owl Emporium in Diagon Alley." just thought I'd point out (mainly for the people new to lego games/this game) that you need the associated red parcel first delivered by an owl before you can buy any red bricks in Diagon Alley. :)
