WARNING: THIS IS A MISSABLE ACHIEVEMENT UNLESS YOU WANT TO REPLAY THE *ENTIRE* GAME AGAIN!!!!!!
You must get AT LEAST 2,800 points and beat the girl's score. You don't have to get 2,800 points exactly; you can go over.
It is best to get as many bulls-eyes when going for this. If you don't get the 2,800 points but you DO beat the girl's score, quickly restart the game/mission. You can't go back and play the Bytanic Dreamscape or the Shuffleboard game!!!
Game Play:
Pull Larry's hand back until it is just slightly above his knee. Then push forward on the stick. You don't really even need to aim or move unless there is bird poop in the way. The CPU almost always scores a corresponding bullseye after you score one. :(

Great tips! And in case this helps someone else, it appears you just need to finish with at least 2800 points (not exactly that amount), as this popped for me on a 2850 game which I lost to Ginger.

There are only 2 "easy" ways to get this. If you score 50 in any of your early shots, just restart as there is no way the maths will let you get the 2800 required (without some funky "score, then knock the puck out on the next shot" shots!).
The two main ways to get this are, in shot order:
250, 250, 150, 50, 0 (Miss), or
150. 250, 250, 150, 0 (Miss)
If you get those shots in a different the score wont be 2800, so if you mess it up, it is easier to just restart. Also, If you get the 250, 250 opener, you might as well go for the third if you need the bullseyes achievement.

THIS IS MISSABLE!! The shuffleboard mission is located at the end of the Bytanic dreamscape. The best way to get a lot of points is going for the bull’s-eye from the beginning of the game.
PLEASE NOTE: The game auto-saves before this mission so if you don’t get this first time then just reload that auto-save.
